In the Directory of Industrial Structure Adjustment Guidance (2011 edition) of the National Development and Reform Commission, urban landscape greening and ecological community construction are listed as encouragement industries; in the Directory of Industry Guidance for Foreign Investment (2011 Revision) (Order No. 12 of the National Development and Reform Commission), flower production and nursery base are listed as encouragement industries. The construction and operation of land and the manufacture and operation of new forestry machinery and equipment are listed as industries that encourage foreign investment. It shows that the construction of landscape greening and the development of landscape machinery have been attached great importance and strongly supported by the state.
    B. Regulations of the Ministry of Construction on Urban Greening Index
    The Regulations of Urban Greening Planning and Construction Indicators issued by the Ministry of Construction put forward clear requirements for the construction of various types of green space, such as the ratio of green space in newly built residential areas to the total land use in residential areas is not less than 30%, and the ratio of subsidiary green space to the total land use per unit is not less than 30%.

     Garden machinery as the largest proportion of garden products, market demand will also maintain a sustained and stable growth.

Only enterprises with strong capital advantage, technological advantage and cost control ability can maintain relatively stable profitability level.
 
     Countries around the world pay more and more attention to environmental protection, and have improved the inspection standards for imported goods. In the future, the United States and the European Union will implement stricter standards for the gas emission of landscape machinery, which will make the export of landscape machinery products in China affected by green barriers.
